From the initial enquiry from me on the morning of 20 Feb to delivery on 24 Feb is an impressive record in its own right. When, however, you consider that in that time you took my bespoke requirements on the phone, guided me through your recommendations to meet those requirements in order to ensure that I had a quick delivery coupled to best value for money, and followed it up with a written quotation by email, it then becomes a lot more than just impressive!
